Not as soft as expected and why.... : Pinzon 500-Thread-Count Egyptian Cotton Sateen Full Sheet Set, White
When I first bought these sheets about a year ago and put them on my bed, I thought they were absolutely the most comfortable sheets I had ever slept on. I wrote a hearty endorsement for them except that they were made in India. But after about 3-4 washings, I noticed that the fabric had begun to pill. Additionally, they are very wrinkled when they came out of the dryer. I basically put them up months ago and I don't use them anymore because they are rough (because of the pills, I'm sure). Had I not gotten these on sale, I'd really be upset. As it is, I'll probably just chalk it up as a loss and donate them to the Humane Society thrift store.
